Promoting literary arts, including contributions to newspapers and children’s publications.

VOLUNTEER RECOGNITION

Continued to grow and recognize our dedicated volunteer base with volunteer awards.

CITY OF EDMONTON COLLABORATIONS

Collaborated with the City of Edmonton to supply welcome kits for families in the Balwin neighborhood.

Partnered with the City of Edmonton on the Inglewood Community Anthology project, fostering local voices and stories.

Past Initiatives

LAG BAOMER CELEBRATIONS

Collaborated with Chabad and Beth Israel for Lag BaOmer celebrations, providing a train ride and volunteers.

A Place for Everyone: A supportive initiative serving youth with disabilities and their parents, featuring guest speakers and a safe, inclusive space.

CULTURAL EVENT AND ART SHOW

A 3-day leadership event for women and girls, including workshops and a raffle draw (December).

Hosted a Jewish cultural event and art show, featuring internationally renowned TV personality Aleeza Ben Shalom as guest speaker.

MENORAH LIGHTING

Supported Chabad’s community Menorah lighting with crafts and volunteers for children’s programming.

PURIM CELEBRATIONS

Distributed 350 Purim kits in collaboration with Chabad during their Purim community event.

JEWISH CAMP

Partnered with Chabad of Edmonton to provide recreational staff for joint summer day camp programming.
